As an L&D Coordinator, managing everything feels like a bit of a mess sometimes… Repetitive manual tasks Too much content to create, update, and manage Keeping training relevant and fresh is exhausting Managing too many things at once Using multiple tools ( LMS , spreadsheets, authoring tools) Tight deadlines Aaah… it really drains my brain. 😩 But for me, AI tools feel like a daily dose of meditation; they help quiet the chaos with just the right prompts. Content creation becomes so much easier. One good prompt can set everything in motion. Of course, human intervention is still necessary; sometimes AI produces completely wrong outputs, but refining them still saves a lot of raw effort. I’m able to meet tight deadlines more often now.
